Ice cream

I gave the girls the last of the ice cream tonight after dinner for eating all of their dinner. Needless to say it is Kaci's first cone. She usually just gets ice cream in a bowl so tonight was interesting for her. And just a little backwards. She didn't want to touch the cold ice cream with her lips so she ate the bottom of the cone first then started picking the cone apart and scooping out the ice cream and then she finally got brave and ate ice cream like the rest of us. Poor Kaci but she really started liking it at the end and was in need of a serious scrub down. Aah memories.

Oh my baby.

As it gets warmer the girls are tying to run around bear foot. Well Kaci is trying to run around in her empire clothing... oh children... well it might save me on laundry but boy I would be cleaning up every thing else.

Update of Joels Project

Well here is some up dated pictures of Joel's project. We are getting closer. Joel has the top done and the flower box made. Now we just have to put the bench on to the flower box, plant the ivy to grow up the side, and then feel the flower box with rock and soil so we can plant later. Now that we are mostly having to wait until it get warmer we are going to start working on the yard and de-junking the house aha chores.

Dads project.

Dad has been working the last couple of weeks on one of his projects, a patio covering. It was one of those things that he thought he could start and have done by the time his weekend was over but every thing has worked againts the poor guy but things are going a little smoother now so we hope to be done soon. here are some earlier pictures and maybe in a couple weeks i will be able to post a picture of the final product.

Don't mess with a girl and a chocolate pudding cup. It might get ugly. And besides its good until the last drop is licked out of the container. And boy is Kaci getting good at getting that last drop out. It might not be in her mouth but at least it is out!

Well now that Kaci is way mobile. She has been into a little trouble such as climbing on the table and escaping out the dog door so she doesn't have to go to church. Sigh. It is a good thing she is so cute!

We now have a tramp forthe girls to jump on thanks to daddy. The girls love it and my legs are getting into shape. Slowly.

Out side

It was nice a few days ago and the girls loved it. They got to play outside all day. Little did they know what was going to happen on dads day off. The next post will be all about the fun he gave the girls. And the work out for both of us and our legs :)

BIKE!!

We need two helmets and a basket for her bike. Pooh bear doesn't work very well and boy does she not like him being tied down.

We are in need of going back home to see Grandpa to teach miss Caitty how to stop. I have tried every thing and haven't got it to click. Peddle backwards and she just laughs at that comment. Here she is finally riding on her own this year and she has gotten a lot faster then that now!!!

Dog Water

I have decided that the dogs water is one of the favorite things that the girls like to play with. Shadow wont drink from it though once they have played in it. And then everyone wonders why he drinks the way he does, he has to get all the water he can before the girls play in it.

Hair things.

Aunt Sha made the girls cute head bands which they love. We are going to have to do more.
